You sit in rooms where AI budgets, tooling decisions and role profiles get decided — on the basis of assessments you cannot check yourself. Anyone who has never used the tools cannot tell an ambitious roadmap from a naive one.
Group training does not solve this. In a room with thirty employees, no managing director asks the questions they actually have — and the examples are necessarily generic. Your questions are about your numbers, your contracts, your personnel decisions.

Baseline (session 1)
We walk through your actual working week and identify the three to five tasks where Claude makes the biggest difference — and the ones where it does nothing for you.
Working on real cases (sessions 2–5)
Each session on a real matter from your company: contract review, board preparation, competitive analysis, proposal costing. Between sessions you work on your own; I am reachable for questions.
Handover (closing session)
Your configured working environment, your template library, your guardrails. Plus an honest written assessment of what makes sense in your company next — and what does not.

Confidentiality
What is discussed in these sessions stays there. No reference listing, no case study, no mention in the newsletter — not even anonymised. I write publicly about method every week; about your company I write nothing. If you want to give a reference after the programme, that is your decision.

Preparation on your company and industry, all sessions, a configured working environment and template library, reachability for questions throughout, and a written closing assessment. Remote or on site in Munich.
Price plus VAT. Sessions remote or on site in Munich — both included. On-site sessions elsewhere in the DACH region by arrangement.
